When I walk in the door Nikki looks up from the counter and greets me a genuine smile using my first name.  The store is tidy, the music pleasant, and after ordering I settle into a comfy chair to sip my perfectly brewed cup of coffee.  

The flavor gives me a new appreciation for the quality of brewed coffee.  Recently I learned that they are now brewing a fresh pot every 30 minutes.  Although the pastry case isn’t as full as it used to be, I still find my favorite slice of moist pound cake there.

The downtown Starbucks store is usually hopping with customers, which the staff competently handles. I appreciate their attention to detail and I am amazed at how sparkling clean the high traffic bathroom is!

Over my many visits I have been able to see how Nikki, the manager, works hard to cultivate a superior service experience for customers. I’ve witnessed her lead the team with respect and consideration, and I appreciate that!
