A few weeks ago my friend took her family to Crazy Pinz for a night out of family fun. They bought the package for the kids to play in the bouncy and they could bowl. It took 45 min to get a lane, but that was ok, the kids were playing in the arcade since the “bouncy thing” was broken. When they finally got their lane unfortunately it wasn't working. She went to the counter and reported the malfunction. They waited a half hour and reported it again. She returned to the lane to wait another 15 minutes then went to speak with the manager about the problem. The manager responded in a nasty tone with her and told him he personally fixed it and told her to go bowl. She asked him how she was supposed to bowl with no pins in the lane. The manager continued to get nasty with her and she decided it was not worth an argument. She requested her money back. At first the manager said he would only refund the bowling portion of the money but not the money for the bouncy. However when she explained that the bouncy was broken and recounted their experience their and why she was requesting the whole sum of money returned and he begrudgingly did return it.
